What are 'Hikkari Panels'?
They are a very thin, bendable plastic that light up when connected to a power source (12VDC).
These License Plate Hikkari (Light) Panels are flexible in design, and are numbered making them a limited edition product. You can attach our panels to windows with the double-sided sticky tape.
